Payroll Manager

Description Robert Half is actively recruiting for a strong Payroll manager / Consultant for a Healthcare company for 3+ month engagement. The consultant’s primary responsibilities will be processing payroll for 600 + people, handle incoming questions and inquiries. In addition, the consultant will prepare reporting and file payroll taxes. This role will be located onsite in Banning, CA. Skills:

Manage payroll process in UKG system on bi-monthly bases (600+ employees)

Payroll analysis and time sheet review

File payroll taxes, monthly, quarterly, annual and garnishment

Work with other departments to ensure accuracy of payroll system and information

Assist with any payroll audit requests

Prepare payroll reports

Heavy Excel

Requirements

Must have expertise in 401k. Proficiency in using UKG Pro ( ideal). Experience with Full Cycle Payroll is mandatory. Should have knowledge of Local Payroll Tax. Familiarity with Payroll - Garnishments is essential. Experience in managing Payroll for Over 500 Employees. Thorough understanding of Payroll Tax Reporting is needed. Ability to Process Bi-monthly Payroll.
