Payroll Specialist

Description We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist versed in ADP software to handle our expansive 800-strong employee roster. Managing and maintaining all facets of the payroll system using ADP software.

Calculating, preparing, and delivering accurate payroll statements for our 800 employees.

Generating regular and ad hoc reports for management as required.

Ensuring the compliance of all payroll taxes and payroll-related obligations.

Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies and irregularities.

Developing, managing, and maintaining comprehensive payroll records.

Working closely with HR and Accounting teams to maintain accurate data.

Providing guidance on payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.

Hands-on experience with ADP payroll software.

Knowledge of payroll tax payments and compliance requirements.

Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information.

Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.

Relevant industry certification is a plus.
