Job entails peer, in person coaching for a 40 year old, intelligent, gentle, refined young man to support executive functioning skills such as organization, time management, meal planning and preparation, community access, and learning new skills. Must be interested in socialization activities such as hiking, day trips to utilize community resources, enjoying a meal, movies, etc.

Knowledge of neurodiversity and ASD required as well as a car, driver’s license, insurance, clean DOJ check, and ability to follow an Individual Service Plan.

This is a very gratifying and meaningful job experience. Supportive work environment, but must be able to work independently with supervision as needed.
