Job Title: Peoplesoft Finance Technical Lead

Duration: 1 year+

Location: Mostly remote but need to be available on-site in Sacramento, CA when needed

Staff Mandatory Qualification #1Seven years as a technical lead supporting implementation of PeopleSoft Finance, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable modules. Must have experience with the key data required for interfacing to the General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable modules.All experience must be on a large-scale project, where large-scale is defined as a system having at least 5,000 system users and a total project cost of at least $20 million (defined as the total system development cost including planning, design, development and implementation). Two years of this experience must beon a public-sector project.Large-scale is defined in this RFO as $40 million one-time development costs or 5,000 systemusers.

Staff Mandatory Qualification #2Seven years of experience with PeopleSoft configurations, and PeopleSoft queries and reports using toolssuch as SQL, PeopleSoft Query manager and Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.

Staff Mandatory Qualification #3Three years experience leading technical troubleshooting and incident management processes.

Staff Mandatory Qualification #4Three years of experience creating Technical Documentation, including functional and technicalrequirements, design documents, conceptual diagrams, user guides, and workflow processes.

Staff Mandatory Qualification #5Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substitutedfor the required education on a year-for-year basis. Four years of experience can be substituted for aBachelor’s Degree. The substituted experience must be in addition to the required years of experience.Example: If the Experience requirement is seven years, and the individual is substituting four years ofexperience in lieu a Bachelor’s Degree, a total of eleven years of experience is required.

Staff Desirable Qualification #1ERP Financial Management Experience Exceeding Minimum Qualifications: Additional points will be awardedto the Senior Technical Lead if the total number of qualifying lead years of experience exceeds five years andwas gained within the past 10 years.

Staff Desirable Qualification #2Experience with public sector (federal, state, local) financial ERP maintenance and operations in aProduction system. Additional points will be awarded for the ERP Senior Technical Lead if the experienceexceeds two years and was gained within the past 10 years.
