• Analyzing business scenarios
• Understanding and defining the non-functional requirements
• Evaluating the objectives of the service level agreement
• Designing the test scripts
• Designing workload models
• Executing performance tests (Load, Stress, Soak, Failover etc.,) using JMeter
• Using consistent metrics for monitoring
• Identifying bottlenecks, and where they occur
• Work with Technical Architects and Developer to fix the Bottlenecks and optimize the code for performance improvement
• Identify suggestions for performance tuning
• Preparing the test report

• Experience performing load testing on Salesforce
• Experience using Zephyr Scale
