Personal Assistant - part time flexible hours

Looking for someone trustworthy and able to work unsupervised, and sometimes alone. Someone who is a quick learner and problem solver.

I am involved with rentals, a retail nursery, a non-profit and a publishing venture and have tried to get along myself when my last assistant went on medical leave. I have the books under control but need help with special projects, that require deeper investment of time and focus, like dealing with building permits, franchise tax board issues, insurance, etc. Quickbooks familiarity a plus and any property management, sales or publishing experience a plus. Basically we can work you into the team depending on your experience and interests.

Not sure the time required, but guess half time would work for a while, which might grow into full-time as some point. Must live close by as remote working at home is not possible.
