Personal assistant/Caregiver

Job Overview

Seeking a compassionate, energetic, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant Caregiver to provide dedicated support for a retired CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, empathetic, and committed to delivering exceptional care in a respectful and nurturing manner. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working with an elder to contribute to his well-being and independence. Live in opportunity offered as well which provides free room and board for full time employment with opportunity to receive up to 8k per month.

Duties

Assist client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and mobility support

Assist with preparation of nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs

Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being

Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe living environment

Must be able and willing to assist client with secretarial type duties(scheduling doctor appointments, making phone calls, assistance with email communication

Assist with transportation for appointments, community engagement, shopping support, while supporting client to ensure safety.

Requirements

Personal Caregiver experience

Strong communication skills

Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve client’ s quality of life

Must have strong references and pass background check

Must have an active driver’s license
