Description Job Description:We are searching for an experienced Personal Banker, specializing in managing relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and rendering professional financial services. As our personal banker, you will be responsible for providing financial advice and managing banking relationships with our most valuable clientele. You must possess expert financial knowledge, interpersonal skills, and an understanding of both personal finance and wealth management strategies to successfully serve our clients.Responsibilities:

Manage and deepen relationships with HNWI, delivering high-quality customer service across all banking needs.

Understand the financial goals of each client and provide tailored financial solutions that enhance their banking experience and financial stability.

Facilitate financial transactions, including debit and credit transfers, withdrawals, deposits, and loan applications.

Develop, manage, and update wealth management plans incorporating investment, banking, estate planning, tax liabilities and charitable giving strategies for clients.

Conduct regular financial assessments and update customers on their investment portfolios.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulatory changes and economic trends that could impact client portfolios.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.

Handle client inquiries and resolve issues regarding banking and financial services.

Provide consistent, positive experiences by guiding clients through the various banking systems and processes.

Implement cross-selling strategies to promote and sell other banking products and services to clients.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal banking, private banking or wealth management serving HNWI.

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA) certification is preferred.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with high net-worth clients.

Demonstrable knowledge of investment products, banking regulations, and financial planning.

Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and wealth management strategies.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

High degree of integrity and professionalism, with the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Refined negotiation skills and ability to develop strong client relationships.
