Responsibilities:

As a Personal Injury Plaintiffs Attorney with Arash Law, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of litigation from filing pleadings to discovery and motions. You will be expected to manage a caseload as part of a team, working independently with some initial training. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Handling all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and motions

- Developing and executing case strategies to achieve optimal results

- Arguing motions in court, including motions to strike, motions to compel initial responses, motions to compel further responses, and other motions

- Managing and coordinating with paralegals and other team members to ensure efficient and effective case management

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3+ years of legal experience in personal injury law

- Significant experience working with Law and Motion, including arguing motions in court

- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues

- Ability to work independently and manage a large caseload

- Strong knowledge of California law and procedure

License/Certification: CA Bar
