The goal is to lose weight and drop fat, 2-3lbs per week.

I'm look for a personal trainer to meet up with 3x per week, for a total of $115 per week.

Workouts must be intense, for fat loss. Example: burpess, pushups, pull-ups, sprints, and other intense workouts for fat loss.

Must be motivating and encouraging, but also Strict and not afraid to call me out and demand more effort from me.

I'm a 30 year old male living in Huntington Park. Sessions, can take place at the park, or at local gym LA Fitness in Huntington Park.

I must also send screen shots of myFITNESS pal meal tracking, daily, to hold me accountable to track my calories.

The sessions will take place after 4pm Monday through Friday, or after 10am on weekends.
