Phlebotomist (Must Have Inpatient Experience)

Description:Externs will not be consideredAnyone without 1 year of quest or hospital experience will not be consideredMust haves: consistent neonatal draw experience over the last 6 monthsNice to haves: Cerner experienceJob Description: Exhibit proficiency in all of the following: blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups, pediatric blood collections, difficult draws (patients in medical office buildings). Has comprehensive understanding of compliance and safety, and is able to effectively communicate the importance of compliance and safety to other employees.
