Job Description:

As a Picker/Packer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our Starlink products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to customers. Attention to detail and speed are essential to meet our high standards and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order specifications.

- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping, ensuring quality standards are met.

- Verify order details and inspect products for defects or discrepancies.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals.

- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.

Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.

- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

- Ability to lift up to [specify weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods.

- Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not required.

- Team player with good communication skills.
