Pizza Cook (Pizzaiolo) for Pop Ups and Restaurant Service

We're looking for a cook with some experience with with pizza dough and a pizza oven, ideally experience with wood-fired pizza ovens. We do a modern Neapolitan style. Chef will provide direction and hands-on training.

We do the farmers markets out of our Marra Forni portable pizza oven in Rancho Mirage and Indian Wells Thursdays and Fridays starting soon. Those hours are 6am to 2:30pm.

We offer a pizza on our menu at Workshop as well, and there are evening shifts available sometimes 3pm to 11:30pm, sometimes 5pm to 11:30pm. Seven nights a week.

Additionally we do catering and private events on a regular basis and we're looking for additional staff for those.
