Position: Cashier

Location: Saint Bibiana Pizza – Santa Barbara, CA

Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and friendly cashier to join our front-of-house team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, take orders, process payments, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and answer questions about menu items

Take dine-in, takeout, and online orders accurately

Operate the POS system and handle payments

Maintain a clean and organized counter and dining area

Bag and organize orders for pickup and delivery

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow

Provide a positive and engaging guest experience

Follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Required Experience

Must have at least 1 full year of restaurant, café, or barista experience

Experience handling customers and payments

POS familiarity strongly preferred

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Able to multitask and stay calm during rush periods

Dependable, punctual, and professional

Able to stand for extended periods
