Our Phone Center is located in Downtown Ventura, and our Operators take the phone orders for all 10 of our locations.

Strong customer service skills are required. We strive to ensure no customer is ever unhappy for any reason, and if they are we do what it takes to make them happy. Ideally, you will have experience in customer service and enjoy helping people.

This job is ideal for students, or anyone seeking a second job. We offer flexible hours, and you have the ability to do whatever you'd like in between orders. Outside of rush hours, there is ample downtime to study, play games, watch movies, or whatever you choose to do.

Our Phone Center is open 9:00am to 11pm Sunday through Thursday, 9:00am to 12am Friday and Saturday. The more flexible your availability, the more hours you could potentially work, but to start with you can expect anywhere between 15-30 hours.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls

Interact with customers via text message

Accurately input customer orders

Handle customer complaints, and make it right!

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills

English/Spanish bilingual a plus

Work well under pressure

Comfortable with technology

Able to work weekends

Able to work evenings
