PLM/PDM Analyst. for

our direct client.

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 5 Months.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • The candidate will be responsible for developing / analyzing / configuring applications and solutions for our clients.
  • A team member who can work with little supervision and be a Project lead as needed.
  • Ability to technically lead the CAD/PDM/PLM implementation project and development.
  • Lead development and configuration of workflows in Windchill.
  • Abe to develop integrations of CAD tools into Windchill PLM solution.
  • Participate or possibly lead discussions with engineers pertaining to process development as it relates to tools used for design.
  • Achieve Project objectives both business and technical and schedule by designing, implementing, testing, and supporting technical application solutions.
  • Coordinate unit, system and integration level test plans, execution, and documentation of results.
  • Experience Polarion ALM Application and Atlassian Tools like Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket.
  • Experience with PTC Windchill products (PDMLink, MPMLink, intralink, etc).
  • Knowledge and experience with SolidWorks, ePDM
  • Knowledge of CREO or Wildfire a plus
  • Experience with Windchill customization.
  • Experience with software development discipline, best practices
  • Knowledge and experience with understanding and guiding engineering lifecycle/workflow/change notices practices and approaches.
  • PLM/PDM domain experience a plusMust be an experienced problem solver
  • Hands on experience with using the following: Java, XML, XSD, XSLT.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with web services and web technologies.
  • Hands on experience with delivering and supporting customer focused and results-based solutions
  • Must be able to learn rapidly, adapt easily to change, and work on varying assignments.
  • Experience Managing the interface of Windchill and Oracle Agile is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile would be helpful
  • Experience in working in Project environment
  • Experience with end user support.
  • Experience with Windchill Bulk Migrator (WMB Tool) is a plus
  • Knowledge of Linux and/or Unix environments.
  • Knowledge of Windows server 2003 or greater

Required Skills
  • Experience with PTC Windchill products (PDMLink, MPMLink, intralink, etc).
  • Strong software process discipline including best-practice design, development, testing, and build/deploy disciplines
  • High-level communication skills
  • Version control experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of relational databases
  • Engineering background is a plus
