About the role: The Project Manager will manage multiple projects and ongoing programs for KM within PDM. Taking a critical role within the PDM KM team, the manager will ensure KM activities will progress as planned in collaboration with the team lead. The emphasis is to be a Knowledge ambassador and take awareness, training and adoption to the next level. The role requires work with technical and operational departments across PDM (e.g. Process Chemistry, Formulations, Analytical, Quality, CMC1 Development and Commercial teams, as well as Manufacturing and Supply Chain, covering both small molecules and biologics). By joining the PDM KM team, you will enhance your knowledge of how to influence a large organization toward the benefit of KM through tactful change management and consistent yet resilient messaging.

Essential functions and responsibilitiesThe position will consist of the following main duties working in partnership with the KM lead, KM team members and relevant members in the organization to achieve KM goals:Execution- Sustainment and implementation of existing KM Programs• Help sustain KM Programs for capturing and organizing cross-functional technical and operational knowledge and lessons learned, in alignment with the organization’s business goals• Support the implementation, and enhancement of core KM approaches for critical knowledge flow within and across the business and knowledge domains• Improve KM processes and systems continuously, by bringing emerging and innovative tools and technologies into the organization• Monitor overall KM activities for performance and impact by producing metrics using benchmarking, and adjust activity plans to maximize the value of the effortsTraining and awareness• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for KM programs using multiple tools to maximize the reach of the message.• Build training documents, and schedules covering entire PDM. Train PDM staff in KM systems and philosophy• Communicate progress of KM activities to PDM employees and leadership teams

Minimum required qualifications/skills:• 5+ years of relevant experience and a BA or BS degree. A MA/MBA degree can besubstituted for 2 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience consists of workingknowledge in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on areas such as KM, R&D,manufacturing and operations, document management, and cross functional project activities and programs• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure advancement of KM across PDM by interaction with multiple layers of the organization with +2000 employees• Excellent verbal and written communication skills utilizing various media such as Microsoft Teams and Yammer. Good influencing skills to generate enthusiasm for knowledge sharing and transfer• Proficient use of Tools (such as SharePoint, MS PowerPoint, Excel) to establish PowerPoint dashboards and excel analysis• Technology mindset to learn and explore trending Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) tools and expertise• Good project management, focusing on meeting management and schedulingmanagement of KM activities• Ideal candidate will have a passion for and clear understanding of KM, with experience with state-of the art KM technologies and methodologies• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint as a user and administrator is a plus• Knowledge of data management software, such as Spotfire, Tableau and advanced skills of Microsoft Excel is a plus
