Your Responsibilities:
  • To analyze customer needs, configures the solution, and installs the product at the customer site.
  • Responsible for taking the client “live” on the system after everything has been configured and accountable for ensuring a smooth transition and positive user experience. They are available to answer operational and application questions during the implementation process and after "go-live".
  • Involved in the day-to-day operation of technology applications and equipment. They Provide desk-side assistance in resolving technical support issues.
  • They Perform installations, repairs, upgrades, backups, and other maintenance tasks.
  • The technician provides day-to-day technical support to customers for Point of Sale software, systems, and hardware. A technician installs, configures, and troubleshoots the POS system.
  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with developers to implement those fixes
  • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
  • Technical experience as it relates to installing Hardware and troubleshooting that Hardware
  • Knowledge of interfaces and 3 rd party vendors.
  • Supervisor/leadership experience.
