Pool and spa finishing and contruction

Im a GC and am building several pools. I am looking for a laborer or a foreman with pool plumbing/plastering/ finishing etc experience to advise, construct and assist.

I am forming a pool construction company and have basic knowledge but need someone with the final finishing expertise.

I am NOT looking to hire a pool company or another GC, but an individual with knowledge of the process.

this can be a part time or only an advisory role while still being employed with your current employer if necessary.
