Pool Maintenance Technician - Full-Time ($1,000+/Week)

Poolfessionals is hiring! We’re looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our team as Pool Maintenance Technicians. This is a full-time position with competitive pay starting at $1,000+ per week and excellent benefits.

About the Role:

As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial pools, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service. This includes cleaning, water testing, and minor maintenance work.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a good driving history

Self-motivated and driven with a strong work ethic

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, wind)

Physically capable of handling heavy workloads and lifting up to 40 lbs

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently

Positive attitude and willingness to accept constructive feedback. We embrace Kaizen (Constant improvement)

Local, we are looking for someone who lives within 20min of South Orange County
