Job Details:

Title: Power Platform Programmer Analyst

Duration: 12 Months

Location: San Bernardino, CA 92401

Specific Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in project management and leadership.
Exceptional organizational, documentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Experience creating solutions using the Power Platform for customers and documentation of best practices, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate and Power BI.
Experience developing solutions from start to finish, incorporating multiple data sources.
Experience building solutions in Power Apps that leverage SharePoint lists.
Experience building standalone Power Apps solutions, primarily Canvas applications.
Experience utilizing and developing Power Automate connectors.
Experience identifying licensing needs specific to Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform and ability to craft solutions within the County's organizational licensing dynamics.
Experience creating dashboards and reports utilizing various sources of data with Power BI Report Server and Power BI Service, with a knowledge of Power Query, DAX, SQL, etc. for manipulation of source data into business analytics.
Experience working with ETL processes within Microsoft Azure Data Factory.
Experience with the SDLC including agile development.

Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business/Public Administration or any closely related field.
At least 3 years' programming experience, with specific knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI Reports, SQL, Azure Data Factory, SharePoint.
An equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be considered.
