Practice Assistant

Description Robert Half is partnering with a reputable national law firm seeking a Practice Assistant for their Irvine office.We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Practice Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative and legal support to 3 attorneys. This is a hybrid position and requires being in the Irvine office 2x/week.Responsibilities: o Coordinating with clients and attorneyso Routing documents for signatureo Document review, applying redlines from attorneyso Filing docs in state courts – not a deal breaker but preferred o Calendaring meetingso Entering attorney time (in Aderant) We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as legal studies, paralegal studies, or business administration OR an ABA-approved paralegal certificate

2+ years of experience in a legal setting, preferably in estate planning

Strong calendaring skills

Estate planning or trusts experience
