Principal Architect

Job Title: Principal Architect Location: Los Angeles, CA Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the development team to help formulate a strategy to help the adoption of
• AWS.
• Guide customers to ensure success in building and migrating applications, software
• and services following the principles of the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for
• successful deployment in the cloud.
• Help provide one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions to transfer knowledge
• to Colleagues considering or already using AWS.
• Build solution with micro-services from scratch, Scalable architecture and improve
• the performance of AWS infrastructure.
• Build deep relationships with senior and junior technical individuals and implement
• best cloud practices and enable team to resolve all technical issues.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and
• support.

• 12+ years of experience in the design and implementation of complex IT solutions
• (including scalable cloud-based solutions and micro-services architectures)
• Experience in infrastructure, database and networking architecture for highly
• available, Internet-scale applications.
• Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with Solution Architects,
• IT Management, and developers
• Strong written communication skills.
• High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external
• organizations
• Technical degree (Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
• NodeJs, Golang, python, Kafka, MySQL, DynomoDB, Monitoring tools (Newrelic or
• Nagios)
• Monitoring and managing error logs, Dashboard creation for health check of an
• apps.
• Professional experience architecting large scale solutions on AWS.
• AWS Solution Architect Certificates; Associates, Developer, Professional.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services
