You will have the exciting opportunity to help fuel our customer’s next stage of growth. Your responsibilities will include accelerating their adoption of AWS products and services, increasing our market segment share within the customer, and increasing the long-term revenue potential for AWS. You will help the existing team refine and improve the business plan that describes how you will achieve the joint goals of the customer and AWS.You would be adding your talents to a diverse team already working hard to exceed this customer’s expectations. You’ll help us rise to the challenge ahead as we bring to bear all of AWS’ vast suite of Services and innovation to solve the types of problems unique to this particular customer. We care about your career growth and strive to assign projects based on what will help each team member develop into a better-rounded engineer and enable them to take on more complex tasks in the future.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS· 10+ years of technology related sales or business development experience· 7+ years of direct field experience selling software or cloud solutions to the F1000·BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience requiredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS· A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus· Track record of developing sustainable new business· Extensive customer network· Strong verbal and written communications skillsExperience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals· Experience in positioning and selling technology in new customers and new market segments· Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer’s business· Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadershipAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
