Job Details

What you'll be doing:

Work with on the design and implementation of high frequency Power Management ICs
Design and develop power management and power cerctuits
Transistor level schematic capture
Concept to tape-out
Participate in silicon bring up at IPs

What we're looking for:

At least 7 years of experience designing PMIC circuits
Custom tape-out experience with PMIC, boost converters, or switched capacitor convertors
Extensive experience with CMOS power device physics
Cadence design environment experience
