Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Principal Product Manager, Creative Cloud Education for a Contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in a Remote role. The role will require you to build and maintain critical product access workflows, such as user identity, enterprise deployment or self-service provisioning. We work closely with cross functional teams that extend across all business functions from legal, marketing, customer service, design, engineering, and other product teams to challenge existing company processes and propose high-quality solutions to address education product access and data control needs. Responsibilities :

  • Research customer profiles, use cases and behaviors to understand impact of product access and privacy compliance challenges on Adobe education customers
  • Establish and nurture strong working relationships with cross-organizational partners and teams to collaborate on integrating product access and privacy considerations into Adobe Creative Cloud products
  • Define the product roadmap and requirements, collaborating effectively with other product managers, designers, engineering, marketing, and customer support to optimize delivery of features and ensure product benefits are communicated to customers
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that engage both internal and external audiences
  • Continually assess market needs and opportunities, adjusting product priorities and/or securing support for additional investment as needed
  • Partner with marketing, documentation, support and other teams
Required Skills:
  • 5-7+ years work experience in product management
  • Must have experience in the EDU space with Ed Tech domain, Rostering experience would be a big plus
  • Proficient in data handling and APIs/integration.
  • Consistent track record working with multiple teams to deliver cloud-based software and/or services
  • Ability to present complex ideas clearly and to rally people around a vision. Outstanding interpersonal skills with both local and remote teams.
  • Ability to work in a team setting and/or independently as needed; self-starter.
  • Ability to rapidly prioritize and continually learn/adapt to changing circumstances
  • Highly enthusiastic, creative, with an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to innovate.
  • Passion for education and serving the needs of educators and students
  • Minimum of BS in Computer Science, BA or equivalent experience
