Traditional network security architecture is no longer suitable for the cloud and mobile-first world. Zscaler is a pioneer and leader in cloud security and we are enabling the world’s leading organizations to securely transform their networks and applications for the cloud and mobile-first world.We are looking for a Principal Product Manager - Cloud Platform to join our Zscaler product team and have a direct impact on our cloud scale. And will expand our innovative Zero Trust Exchange to support our carrier, telecom, service provider, and managed security service provider (MSSP) partners with a shared go-to-market.  In this role, you will define the development and implementation cloud platform to enable Zscaler carrier partners at scale. You will articulate a value-creation business models working very closely with the partner business development team. You will plan and lead go-to-market strategy - selling with MSSP, and enabling Zscaler partners to resell Zscaler's unique cloud offerings.  Responsibilities: Lead the development and launch of carrier-focused products on our cloud platform (Zscaler Cloud Orchestration Platform), with a special focus on enabling integration with carrier billing and operational (OSS/BSS) systems to enable provisioning of Zscaler services at scale by the worlds largest service providers.Work with Support, Operations, and Sales teams supporting the sale and deployment of your products and features in beta and production.Own the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange (ZTE) carrier platform roadmap and present it to all internal and external stakeholders for new initiatives and services. Present, advocate, and evangelize the company’s solutions in customer meetings and conferences.Work with Product Managers to create market requirements and business cases for new product initiatives or directions, and present to Zscaler executive team.Work with Customer Success Managers, Zscaler Partners, and other internal/external stakeholders to enhance our customer notification system.
