Principal Program Manager, PMO

The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting and high-tech, experience planning and delivering large technology transformation projects, is well-versed in software delivery methodologies, and has strong communications and stakeholder management skills.Your ImpactProgram Delivery Leadership - Drive successful execution of large, cross-functional programs from inception to go-live, identifying cross-functional dependencies, anticipating and mitigating risks, and managing business and IT stakeholder expectations and prioritiesFunctional and Technical Acumen - Utilize knowledge of go-to-market, customer experience and finance operations and related technologies to shape and deliver tech-driven programs in conjunction with product, engineering and quality assurance teamsStakeholder Management - Engage and communicate effectively with senior executives, project teams, and external stakeholders - Provide clear reporting on program progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment across all partiesProcess Optimization - Implement and drive continuous improvement processes across program delivery, utilizing consulting frameworks and tools to refine project delivery approaches and stakeholder relationship managementRisk and Issue Management - Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program delivery, leveraging both problem-solving skills, functional and technical insights to navigate challenges
