This role presents an exciting opportunity for professional development and career advancement as you enhance the SEs' understanding of cloud security features and best practices.Your Impact

Design and implement robust Prisma Cloud environments for training and demonstration purposes.

Collaborate with Sales Engineering and training teams to identify learning objectives and required environments.

Scope projects to ensure effective use of resources and alignment with training goals.

Develop and document standard operating procedures for environment setup, management, and teardown.

Configure environments to showcase various Prisma Cloud features, including compliance, threat detection, and runtime protection.

Conduct regular updates and maintenance of the environments to align with the latest Prisma Cloud features and security practices.

Provide technical support and guidance to SEs during their training sessions.

Monitor environment performance and user feedback to continuously improve the training experience.

Stay current with developments in cloud security and Prisma Cloud offerings.

Your Experience

Technical Expertise

Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).Proficiency in Prisma Cloud and its key features.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Networking and Security

Deep understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices.Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles.

Scripting and Automation

Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation tasks.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.

Problem Solving and Communication

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Certifications

Relevant certifications (e.g., Palo Alto Networks Certified Cloud Security Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.

Preferred

Experience in training or educational roles is a valuable asset.Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS) is advantageous.

For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $160000 - $220000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
