Requirements

Job Role:

Establish and maintain regular communication with high-net-worth clients and potential clients.

Initiate the process for opening new accounts through the centralized Private Client Services Team.

Handle account maintenance tasks, including but not limited to disbursements, name/address changes, securities gifting, cost updates, billing/fees, and entering client-directed orders.

Serve as a liaison between Wealth Advisors, Portfolio Managers, Asset Management Business Control, Private Client Services, and internal and external operational groups.

Monitor various aspects of account activity such as trades, cash flow, debits, margin, tech shorts, performance, transfers, allocations, and fees using in-house portfolio systems.

Provide customized reporting and analysis to clients or the Wealth Advisor team regularly or on an ad hoc basis.

Assist in the creation of Financial Plans.

Maintain accurate and detailed client files.

Manage account information and the new business pipeline in the Salesforce database

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Possession of Series 7 and 66 licenses

3-4+ years of experience in client service/support or a related role within the financial services industry

Proven ability to take initiative and work effectively with minimal supervision

Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous
