Probate Paralegal (6 hours plus or minus) per day)

Must have at least 3 years paralegal experience, either trust and/or conservatorship (no exception). Provide an on-point summary of your conservatorship/trust experience Must have excellent organizational and follow-up skills. We are a special needs law firm serving families with a disabled child. Must have extensive experience working with courthouse/courtroom probate staff.

No tele-commuting. Will be working with other clerical/paralegal/professional staff (respect for others is important). Will be W-2 employee (no independent contracting). Hours can be very flexible (e.g., early morning to early afternoon start). 30 - 40 hours per week. No phone calls to office. Please attach resume to your email.
