Procurement Manager

Develop & implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings & efficiency;

Manage the entire procurement process, including vendor selection, price negotiation, existing suppliers & contract managements, global sourcing strategies implementation;

Manage all aspects of our imported audio inventory; including forecasts, purchases, & returns with the goal of increasing the company’s overall profits;

Effectively incorporate subjective variables into forecasts, planning and purchases;

Identify and manage the resolution of inventory and supply chain related issues to ensure sales orders are fulfilled on-time & cost effectively.

Work closely with factories overseas on product developments & specifications.

Assess internal requirements, purchasing needs, external market factors & historical supplier performance to assist the internal customers & management in effectively developing strategies that will deliver the best total cost value to the company;

Evaluate supplier performance & make recommendations for improvement;

Ensure compliance with company policies & industry regulations;

May require meetings with suppliers or customers after hours;

Stay abreast on world economic issues that may cause shipping or production delays & brings appropriate parties in the loop with recommendations on how to overcome;

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, & delivery schedules.

Fluent in Chinese, Once a year Asia travel to audio factory needed.
