Product Management - Post Purchase Analyst

We are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial Product Management - Post Purchase Analyst to develop products and services that drive innovation and growth for our Post Purchase products within Visa Acceptance Solutions. As a Product Management - Post Purchase Analyst, you will define solutions with executable business requirements and user stories, working with cross functional stakeholders including Visa technology teams, regional solutions teams, customer service, relationship management and sales teams to jointly leverage our respective strengths and introduce innovative post purchase product solutions in a timely fashion.Essential FunctionsDevelop and launch new capabilities and user experiences for the Post Purchase platform by working closely with engineering, architecture, and design teams.Collaborate with GTM, program management, as well as product and engineering leadership to develop and market new products and enhance existing ones.Identify needs from various sources, including historical usage data, consumer feedback and testing, market demands, competitive analysis, and direct client feedback.Synthesize these inputs and navigate constraints to define appropriate requirements and priorities that align with platform goals.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
