Product Manager - Customer Data Platforms Our direct client is one of the Biggest Retail Client. They are currently in urgent need of an experienced Product Manager - Contractor, Customer Data Platforms. This is a Contract to Hire role located in Pleasanton CA. Responsibilities
- Leverage your understanding of customer data and help stand up platforms that drive marketing tools, personalization and experience-management systems.
- Strong data background, platform product management focus able to see connect the dots between platforms and customer experiences and everything in between
- Work with internal stakeholders across Martech, AdTech and Personalization teams to build products that allows for adoption of these workstreams.
- Define various CDP integration touchpoints build platform capabilities for that. Think microservices for each function.
- Build a vision around operationalization platforms define roles, access and track adoption and utility to users
- Maintain an ongoing list of enhancements and create a roadmap to build into product work with internal partners as well as vendors to communicate feature ask
- Define success for a Customer Data Platform Identify customer pain points, drive adoption, monitor usage and user-engagement via automated dashboards.
- Own, define and Operational Journeys, Audiences and Activation within CDP
- Strong UX and Marketing focus around ease of integration across various Martech, Adtech, CPG, and Email Tools as well as Personalization Experiences.
- Write clear, concise, and terse documentation via 1-6 pagers that capture the product vision. Translate that into detailed specifications as needed.
- Understand and define measurement intake measurement requirements and create a backlog of all measurement activities related to Martech, AdTech and Campaign Measurement.
- Communicate product vision to senior management, cross-functional teams, and various stakeholders by building strong relationships across the board.
- Strategic thinker with a customer centric focus.
- Understands how data can be harnessed to derive meaningful insights and create products that delight customers.
- Work with and manage vendor relationships
- Strong communicator with influencing and persuasion skills. Inspire your fellow teammates, partners and stakeholders.
- Innovative thinker and problem solver roll up your sleeves and get "under the hood" as needed.
