Title : Product Master Data management (PDM), Staff Analyst Location : San Jose, CAEmployment : Full Time Job Posting DetailsProduct Master Data (PDM), Staff AnalystRole Descriptiono Participate and represent team in the design and implementation of product master data. Identify key issues across a broad range of areas and effectively communicate recommendations and findings to executive leadershipo Lead the design and the development of product master data dashboard and drive the data readiness that affects business processes such as NPI, Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operation and Costingo Drive the process improvement related to product master data including the business gap analysis, new process proposal and implementation, process automation etc.o Resolve the master data issues, answer questions arise from different teams and provide expertise in the master data area and implement the preventive process.o Create reports and matrix of data analysis and present to stakeholderso Translate business requirements into technical/project deliverables and drive the implementationo Write functional spec, test cases and test script. Test the system for any new solution implementation, enhancement, and system integrationo Work with data service team, DBA team on the new table, view design, table enhancement and communicate other technical issueso Work with globally dispersed teams and mentor/guide junior team members to improve the efficiency on execution Key SkillsSAP, SQL, Tableau, business engagement skills, problem solving mindset, analytic acumen, strong project management skills Minimum Qualificationso B.S. in Engineering/IT, Business Administration, or other related fieldso 6-10 years of experience in master data managemento SAP user experience (SAP implementation experience is a plus)o Oracle SQL developmento Strong written and verbal communication skillso Strong data analysis skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableauo Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects across geographically distributed teams
