Translate credit product and platform level requirements into a thoughtfully prioritized, executable plans across multiple development teams

Work closely with developers, designers, stakeholders, QA, analytics, and other product teams to execute on the business objectives

Work with Agile software development teams to write user stories, solve for edge cases, acceptance criteria, and assist with testing before deployment

Analyze complex business and system requirements; construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications

Serve as a communication hub and facilitate collaboration across teams and departments related to your products

Helps ensure our products and product capabilities deliver an optimal user experience, conform to the product requirements, and meet product quality standards

Work with partners and stakeholders help explore new ideas and innovations around credit services

#LI-REMOTEYou’ll need to bring to the role:

Experience in Product Management/Owner, Business Analyst, Program Manager, QA Analyst or equivalent business or technical roles

Proven experience working as a Product Owner or experience of working closely with a PO in a Product Manager capacity

Good technical understanding and experience in agile delivery/development methodologies

Experience of working with API integration and cloud-based platform development teams

Team player with a positive, collaborative and get things done attitude

A good mind for unpacking problems and prioritization

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business/Marketing, or a technical field preferred.

3+ years of relevant product management experience in the mobile, internet or software business, ideally with financial services sectors with focus on B2B2C solutions

3+ years of experience with new product planning and delivery, from concept to feasibility to development and launch

Must have experience with key product management functions, including writing business and technical requirements/user stories

Must be metrics and results driven.

Strong leadership and communication skills – ability to build consensus across various groups and organizational levels to drive results.

Certified Scrum Product Owner certification desired

The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education.
