Hiring production associates in San Jose, CA!Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Production Associate/General Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for learning to mix ingredients to create high-quality soldering paste. This will involve following specific recipe cards to achieve the correct mixture and consistency for various clients, requiring the use of basic math skills to ensure accurate measurements. Upon completion, you will bottle, label, and prepare the product for shipment. We provide comprehensive training and seek individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the company. This position requires flexibility in scheduling and a strong commitment to reliability.Hard Skills

Work EnvironmentThe work setting is a semi-clean room and warehouse hybrid. The role requires wearing light personal protective equipment (PPE), including a hairnet, eye protection, gloves, coat, and face mask.
