Zooies is a homegrown, SoCal, cookie shop that has been taking the national cookie scene by storm We are interviewing for Production Bakers to join our growing BOH team. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone passionate about food, baking, and of course, cookies

Base salary $19 per hour plus tips

REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of 1-year experience working in a bakery or production facility

Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Reliable transportation to and from work.

Work well in a team atmosphere.

A love for delicious pastries.

A valid Food Handles certification

A hunger to learn and grow

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow recipes to prep doughs and batters.

Assist in the daily bake-off of cookies.

Assist in the daily decorating of cookies

Follow all health codes standards for food safety and sanitation
