Description As an Operations Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization. You will provide administrative support to various departments, assist in coordinating projects, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the operations team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.

Communication:

Serve as a point of contact between the operations team and other departments.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments.

Project Coordination:

Assist in coordinating and tracking various projects within the operations department.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

Prepare project-related documentation and reports.

Data Management:

Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other operational records.

Perform data entry and data analysis tasks as required.

Office Organization:

Ensure the office environment is well-organized and supplies are adequately stocked.

Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth flow of information and tasks.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to team initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus).

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
