Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.

Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.

Team Management:

Supervise and lead production team members, providing direction, support, and training.

Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members.

Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.

Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards.

Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.

Cost Management:

Monitor and control production costs to meet budgetary constraints.

Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.

Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and reduce costs.

Health and Safety:

Ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in production technology.

Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

standing for 8 hours at one time
