3 main departments on the mftg floor

everyone first starts in Scrap for training 1-2 weeks, which is easiest dept and most physical. Then works their way up tp Hose/Acqua Traxx. In this dept. there is a lot of running of machinery, measuring with calipers, and occasional use of microscope when needed to see details. They'll be reading labels and basic quality reports. will be in this dept. for 1-2 months before having the opportunity to moving to the Hose Dept. where a lot of people like to work, it's a little bit more laid back and less physical than the first 2 depts. If you are good at acqua traxx you will be good at the hose dept.

it can get very HOT and very COLD due to warehouse/manufacturing floor being non controlled temperature (open/closed warehouse)

6+ months of production experience is ideal, has hired cooks and fast food workers before

mechanically inclined

ability to use a caliper and measuring tools

able to lift 50+lbs constantly

reliable

detail oriented

ability to work weekends

heavy lifters- lifting 40-80lbs 100 times a day

on feet all day, ability to move and be flexible
