Production Seasonal Supervisor - Extraction 3rd Shift

What our Production Seasonal Supervisor will do:Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to achieve shift targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.Directly oversee, coach, and support production employees, providing feedback, training, and performance guidance.Drive efficiency by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements.Communicate clearly during shift handoffs, meetings, and daily production updates.Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.Support seasonal staffing needs including onboarding, training, and team integration.Perform other duties over different shifts as required.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, particularly during night shift operations.Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to maintain optimal production flow.Adapt production schedules and staffing to meet seasonal demand fluctuations.Implement and maintain quality control measures specific to extraction processes.Collaborate with other shift supervisors to ensure consistent operations across all shifts.Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.Develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention during peak seasons.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects.
