Replicates and reports quality issues to the appropriate team

Make payments for services on Caljobs and Adobe

Work with and assist the Project Accountant, Program Manager and QA Manager

Work with the Customer and support Workshop Facilitator with workshop trainings

Identifies potential quality issues and escalates the issue to management when necessary

Analyzes data and recommends potential improvements in the quality system Experience:

AA degree preferred or minimum 2 years related experience

Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency, Data Analysis, Data Entry, and document format creation and consistency

Ability to manage and organize documents electronically

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to quickly assess issues and relevant information to make effective decisions
