Description A local non-profit is looking for a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish/English) Program Coordinator to join their team. As a Program Coordinator you will onboard and train volunteers, coordinate the activities, and provide customer service to the clients such as resume building. This will be a part-time role that is on-site Monday – Friday 7:30AM-12:00PM can be flexible as long as it fills 20-25 hours a week. Bilingual in Spanish is a must due to the client demographic and having to facilitate classes and conduct additional job preparation services to the clients. This will be on-going contract. Responsibilities:

Recruit, onboard, and train new volunteers.

Coordinate and manage all volunteer activities and schedules.

Provide backup support for volunteers.

Evaluate volunteer performance and provide feedback.

Assist clients in building resumes and preparing for job interviews.

Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.

Teach job readiness classes as needed.

Handle all communication, including emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions with volunteers and clients.

Maintain regular communication with volunteers to ensure they are informed and supported.

Provide excellent customer service to clients and volunteers.

Update and maintain data systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and report generation.

Develop and implement program plans to meet organizational goals.

Coordinate schedules for job readiness classes and client services.

Ensure all program activities are aligned with the organization's mission and objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, volunteer management, or a related field.

Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data management systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
