Program Management Analyst

Job Description

• Integrate work plans and tracking structures based on cross-functional individual team plans
• Develop and communicate program critical paths to AV Hardware Leadership
• Report progress and blockers to Hardware Management, and across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and communicate risks to project deliverables as the programs are executed.

• Ensure that program plans are kept up-to-date, and work with AV Hardware teams to capture changes to plans as they arise
• Promote effective communication within the TPM group to execute, filter, summarize reporting across the department to resolve, escalate issues and celebrate wins.
• Summarize status and maintain program dashboards for management teams

• Use technical judgment in working with large, cross engineering teams
• Identify multiple critical paths, and maintain accurate reporting of program timelines

• Bachelors, in Engineering, or similar technical field (former engineer) and 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with program management tools such as MS-Project or Smartsheet
• Program Management experience, including program launch, in a consumer electronics and/or automotive environment
• Detailed-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record communicating effectively from individual contributors to executive leadership
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities

• PMP certification
• Experience with autonomous vehicles
