DescriptionSAIC is in need of a Senior Program Manager to support TACNET CB-ISEA program located Onsite in San Diego, CA .JOB DUTIES:

Accountable for Profit and Loss (P&L) of major Navy contract in excess of $50M annually.

Responsible for meeting and exceeding operational and performance metrics and measures assigned to program from SAIC leadership and customer requirements.

Manage major client relationship and achieving high levels of client satisfaction. Integrate with customer and customer sponsors.

Support customer requirements and initiatives. Drive towards implementation and execution.

Oversee and support outcome-based results in the delivery of all CB-ISEA service areas that includes all financial, performance, and schedule requirements.

Mentor and build leadership team across program team.

Directing/Leading the planning, staffing, development, implementation, maintenance, and sustainment of projects to ensure technical, cost, schedule, financial performance, and risk mitigation on TACNET and related portfolio program as directed by SAIC Director and Vice President.

Support planning, forecasting and managing cost/revenue to achieve margin and profitability targets.

Proactively escalate risks and issues to program team, customers, and stakeholders to maintain requirements and SAIC performance objectives.

Help to support BD/Contract functions and Operational projects within the program

Writing past performance, reviewing task orders in Fusion, and BoE.

Help to lead status calls and customer meetings to drive results from customer and Program Office initiatives.

Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with in a matrixed organization and multiple teaming partners.

QualificationsREQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors and eighteen (18) years or more of related experience; Master’s and sixteen (16) years or more of related experience. PhD or JD and thirteen (13) years or more experience.

Must have active Top Secret Clearance with SCI.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have experience leading customer meetings.

Must be comfortable working with Government stakeholders and annual spend plan cycles.

DESIRED SKILLS:

BD experience.

Experience helping a program grow with CGAR of 5%.

PMP or DAU PM Certified.

Agile/SCRUM development methodology experience.

Target salary range: $200,001 - $240,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
