Location: Mountain View, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Program Manager

Overall Responsibilities:

1. This temp will support the rapid growth of the DC Program by capturing the needs and scoping the new flows of Collection / Annotation, and in all the phases of implementation from onboarding to launch, including collecting requirements, creating summaries of request protocols and timelines, requesting lab spaces / location scouting procurement, and requesting a review the process to all relevant stakeholders and redacting PDDs and other docs, planning and overseeing the Vendor execution of the collection / annotation while implementing improvements, managing relationships with Logistics and other partner teams in the launch of collection efforts.

The temp will also scan and review existing databases for datasets that can be helpful to the team and send the request to the appropriate teams.

2. The temp will support the Geographical expansion of a key area of the Data Program Strategy for 2022. They will manage Vendors knowledge transfers amongst the team, ensure existing processes of feedback identification and prioritization are flowing, and implementing new tools as directed by the Managing PGM. They will also oversee the recruitment of participants, collaborate closely with the UX Support partners for the management of incentives (which will be granted by the FTE, to avoid co-employment), implement changes in the collection and annotation flows requiring updates in Protocol, PDD and other relevant documentation with great attention to detail.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

1.

• 30% Vendor operations overseeing

• 70% New workstream onboarding, Operations streamlining and Process Excellence initiatives:

• creation of reports,

• updates of resources documenting the processes of collection and annotation,

• documentation, implementation and communication of process changes,

• shadowing of operations and collection of insights,

• Management of recruitment and incentives processes,

• Labs requests management

2.

• 40% Vendor operations overseeing

• 30% Planning and implementation of data collection program geographical expansion and additional process changes (including redaction of relevant documentation and XFN collaboration to usher changes to execution)

• 30% Incentive process set up, recruitment communication, high profile participants escalations management (which require superior communication and troubleshooting skills)

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

• Self driven and independent, thrives in ambiguity and fast paced environment, able to build structure out of chaos and learn quickly on the job.

• Able to troubleshoot autonomously their in scope issues, propose solutions, and own their implementation.

• Strong communication skills, and accountability to follow through on tasks assigned until resolution.

• Fluent on Google tools (calendar, drive, spreadsheets, docs)

• Able to redact comms plans

• Previous experience on Sales, Acquisition, UX Studies, Email marketing with external clients / users, with proven track record of success in recruiting participants at scale / obtaining customers conversions.

• Ability to give and receive feedback,

• Superior Attention to detail,

• Customer relations management skills - ability to provide instructions, guide users and support them through remote troubleshooting clearly and effectively,

• Fluency in the English language, a second language (eg spanish or Chinese) is a plus.

• Superior communication skills - ability to communicate with the internal teams clearly. Ability to provide clear and informative summaries of progress vs goal.

• Passion for technical troubleshooting.

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: (Skills that would be nice to have but are not essential in the role0

• PMP or Six Sigma certification would be a plus

• SQL / Dashboards making would be a plus

• Fluency in a second language (especially Spanish, Portuguese or Chinese) is a plus.
