Description Robert Half is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead the end-to-end management of multiple projects from development through implementation and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging data to inform strategic decision-making, working closely with senior executives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery. Key Responsibilities:Project Management:· Manage two distinct projects: one from development through implementation and maintenance, and the other through implementation and maintenance phases.· Oversee the complete lifecycle of each project, ensuring milestones are met and objectives are achieved on time.Data-Driven Decision Making:· Leverage data to build models that inform strategic recommendations for program enhancements and course corrections.· Collect and analyze data throughout the program’s lifecycle to refine processes and optimize outcomes.Executive Collaboration:· Work closely with senior executives to present, refine, and secure approval on the recommended approaches and strategies.· Facilitate discussions and ensure alignment between executive goals and project deliverables.Implementation & Communication Plans:· Develop and execute comprehensive implementation and communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.· Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth transitions during program launches and vendor onboarding.Cross-functional Coordination:· Partner with internal teams from various departments to ensure successful implementation and seamless onboarding of new vendors.· Coordinate efforts between departments to align project goals with organizational objectives.Post-launch Success:· Monitor program performance post-launch, ensuring it remains within budget and achieves targeted outcomes.· Collect and analyze performance data to continually refine the program, making adjustments as needed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in program/project management, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.

Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working with senior executives.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Strong budget management and financial oversight capabilities.
