The Worlds Largest Search Engine is seeking a Program Manager 3 in San Francisco, CA!Role Title: Business Services LeadWork Location: Hybrid-San FranciscoWork Schedule: Normal PST business hours, Monday – FridayPay Rate: 85.93- 113.23 per hrProject Overview:The Cloud Marketing Strategy & Operations organization is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations partner across Cloud Marketing.The organization combines strong strategic and problem solving skills with a pragmatic sense of 'how to get things done' and drive change: advise the CMO, leadership, and cross-functional marketing teams; partner with senior leaders to develop the strategic direction; and orchestrate operational excellence.GCM Business Services plays a critical role in leading and optimizing procurement processes for maximum efficiency across the regional and global Cloud Marketing teams.Overall Responsibilities:This role leads strategy and planning for global GCM Business Services, including budget allocation, capacity planning, and overseeing a team of 20 vendor workers. Additionally, this role focuses on optimizing procurement processes through process improvement, enhanced governance, and systems development.Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

Coordinate a global team of 20 vendor workers, incl. dealing with performance issues to achieve appropriate spend to budget utilization

Partner and liaise with GCM Budget Management Lead, Cloud Marketing Finance, and Deal Desk to ensure 100% budget spend are utilized and any kind of procurement / SOW related issues / blockers are resolved

Strengthen, refine, and document underlying procurements processes, policies, and governance and enhance the systems and tools to optimize GCM procurement processes

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

5+ years working in Finance, management consulting, or related fields.

Strong understanding of typical business procurement and compliance processes (e.g., opening purchase orders and invoice reconciliation)

Strong communication skills

Demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to move from detail to executive level strategy and presentations

Desired

Excellent influencing and senior stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing vendor teams and relationships

Strong collaborator with ideas, energy, determination, and a passion for process optimization who can work with people from a broad range of backgrounds and experience.

Ability to thrive and exercise judgment in a fast moving environment and ambiguity, and a sense of humor.
