Program Manager II

Location: Mountain View, CA Salary: $50.00 USD Hourly - $55.00 USD Hourly Description: Title: Program Manager II

• Work with the CUJ program team and product stakeholders across to scale CUJ adoption across the company through PA-level and self-service support:
• Define and implement strategy for scaling CUJ adoption support through CUJ Experts and CUJ program support
• Define CUJ Expert engagement model (e.g., type of support, expectations for CUJ Experts, support from Google and PA CUJ programs)
• Establish a CUJ program community and operational model for it to be self-running
• Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize backlog of support materials for CUJ programs and self-service adoption, own roadmap and deliverables.

• Experience in managing large-scale programs or projects
• Demonstrated program/project management skills, with the ability to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives
• 4+ years experience with program or project management
• Excellent diplomacy and communication skills and facility for working with diverse groups
• Ability to engage with a diverse set of disciplines (UX, Eng, PgMs) spanning all organizational levels

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
